l Brief Introduction

Suzhou Change papermaking Fabrics Co., Ltd was established in 1987. She has 

two production bases, one is in Taicang city Jiangsu province, the other is 

in Yingcheng city Hubei province.She is one of the biggest companies in scope and 

result in the same occupation at present, is also one director unit of the dehydrated 

equipment specialized committee of China Paper Institute. The company, 

neighboring Shanghai City in the Yangtze River Delta, is located in Taicang 

City in south of Jiangsu Province, it takes one hour to Shanghai city by 

car.

The company has adhered to the principle of “Quality First” since its 

founding, and is the first to be accredited with ISO9002 quality system 

in 1997. Hotoil setting machine designed and made by ourselves was awarded 

national patent in 2004.The company was first to establish the research 

centre of papermaking felt and other related product and facilities in 

2005, was awarded national high and new technology enterprise in 2007. 

Special dryer felt was awarded national patent in 2008.The company pays 

attention to technological improvement and development of new products,

persists in developing in step with paper industry, and makes great 

efforts to promote papermaking felt industry of China, and has developed 

a variety of hitech products. 

The main products include: series of Batt on Mesh (BOM), special papermaking 

felt for special paper, function (after-treatment) papermaking felt, 

pulpmaking felt,dryer felt and so on. The company was classified in “high

tech enterprise” in 2003; its products registered with Chang-e trademark 

are sold in more than 20 provinces and cities, and partly exported to 

Southeast Asia etc.  

 

l Products & Performance

1、 Single-layer BOM

Applicability:

Paper weight: ≥8g/m²kinds of paper

Linear pressure：≤100kn/m

Strength: ≥200n/5cm

Description:

Single-layer BOM is made of single layer base mesh and fiber layer.

The base mesh layer is made of nylon yarn or warp and weft weave by doubling 

monofilament. The stitch structure is designed by different position and different paper of different paper machine.

According to the structure of BOM to lay the fiber, having the 

characteristics of good filterability, small elongation, easy to wash and 

clean, light mark, affective to eliminate grain mark and other marks, 

long life and so on. Widely used for kinds of paper machine to product 

kinds of paper and paper board etc. 

2、 Double-layer BOM

Description:

Double-layer BOM is double warp structure BOM. According to paper machine 

and paper, we can design and change the structure of base mesh. It has the 

characters of antihigh pressure, good elasticity and filterability, stable 

size, small elongation, great strength, affective to eliminate grooving, 

vacuum mark, blindhole mark and other marks. Suitable to vacuum press, 

kinds of complex press and other press for producing high grad offset 

paper, and kinds of high grad paper and paper board etc.

3、 Laminated BOM

Paper weight: ≥40g/m²kinds of paper

Linear pressure：≥200kn/m

Strength: ≥4000n/5cm

Description:

Laminated BOM has many base mashes, includes 1+1, 1+2, 2+1, 1+1+1 and etc. The 

felts are applicable to 200kn/m even more, have the characters of good 

flexibility, filterability,stable size and long life, and are affective to 

eliminate kinds of marks. Suitable widthnip press, shoe press and other press 

to middle and high speed paper machine for producing high grad paper and paper 

board etc.

 

                     Base mesh

4、Function (after-treatment) papermaking felt

On the base of former felt, the felt is treated by special chemicals, which 

is better in characters. It includes anti-dirt, anti-fussing, wear-resistant, 

water-washing and soft treatment papermaking felt. Having the characters of 

anti-high-press, anti-dirt and anti-fussing and wear-resistant, cleanoneself 

and easy to wash and clean, long life. Suitable for kinds of paper and paper 

board and other high grad tissue paper, special paper etc, the felt is used 

for middle and highspeed paper machine, especially for producing high grad 

paper and paper board etc, which substitute for imported felts. 

5、Pulp-making felt

The pulp-making felt include BOB and BOM felt, the BOM pulp-making felt include 

single-layer BOM, double-layer BOM, laminated BOM( 1+1, 1+2, 2+1, 1+1+1 and 

etc. ) felt, having the characters of good flexibility, filterability, stable 

size and long life.  

6、Dryer felt:

The dryer felt include BOB and BOM and special dryer felt. The special dryer 

felt concentrates all excellencies of BOB dryer felt and dryer fabrics, having the 

characters of good filterability, mark-free, heat-resistant and antiaging, even 

structure, wearresistant, stable size, great strength, easy to operation and 

long life.
